The internal shape of the mold should conform to the cooling shrinkage of the shell and keep the shell and the copper plate well Contact, reduce the air gap, is conducive to increasing the heat flow and shell growth uniformity.

1: processing hardness caused by tool wear faster, and difficult to chip removal.

4: The chemical relationship between the tool and the material being processed causes hardening of the work and the low thermal conductivity of the material being processed. It is not only easy to cause unusual wear, but also cuts the tool and the abnormal rupture.

The solution to the above processing problems is as follows:

A: use of high thermal conductivity of the tool,

B: sharp cutting edge: chip breaker blade with a wide, can reduce the cutting pressure, so that you can control the chip.

C: Best cutting conditions: Improper machining conditions reduce tool life.

D: select the appropriate tool: Stainless Steel Plate tool should have a very good toughness, cutting edge strength and coating film binding force should be relatively high.
